","slogan":"Wrapping escalators in elegance","scenario":"Centro commerciale Lagundo, Bolzano","materia":"<p>Pre-painted aluminum, LED<\/p>\n","circostanza":"<p>The multinational company Otis, a global leader in the vertical transportation industry (elevators and escalators), is looking for a partner capable of creating escalator coverings featuring pre-painted white aluminum panels and LED lighting, all designed without visible fastening systems.<\/p>\n","Soluzione":"<p>Otis was able to fully achieve its goal as we unloaded the 10 escalators, each weighing 5 tons, from the containers at our facility. First, our technical team accurately measured the products, focusing particularly on the curved sections. Next, a galvanized steel tube framework was installed to serve as the anchor for the aluminum covering. Thanks to our 3D modeling software, laser cutting, and press bending, combined with skilled and fast assembly, the escalators were then delivered ready for installation. Handling the operation in our workshop optimized and streamlined the entire process.
